		<description>I don't know who does the customer surveys for Toyota, but I will never answer one again. When I went back to the dealership I was treated not so nice on the next service trip, so I know for a fact that they give the customer's info to the dealership.

		<description>A little known fact is that JD Powers returns detailed customer surveys to the dealers. They even identify who the customer was. I was accosted by a customer service rep at a local dealer who was waiving the results of my JD Power survey at my next service visit (six months laters).

That really made me question JD Powers' methods and motivation.</description>
